Our founder did not start in law. They started in vending.
After years of working inside the vending industry — selling machines, building relationships with operators, and watching businesses launch and grow — one pattern became impossible to ignore.
Operators were struggling with the legal side of their business. Not because they were not smart or capable. But because the resources available to them were built for everyone, which meant they were really built for no one in the vending business specifically.
DIY platforms that did not understand permit requirements. General lawyers charging hundreds of dollars an hour to learn an industry they had never touched. State websites that were outdated, confusing, and scattered.
Operators were making legal mistakes that were costing them real money — fines, shutdowns, tax problems, lost partnerships — and they were making those mistakes because no one had built a solution specifically for them.
